Access to and use of the Website shall be governed by and subject to these terms and conditions of use. The use of the Website confers the condition of "User".

However, Immedia reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, and the User should therefore read these conditions carefully each time he/she accesses the Website in order to be aware of the scope and/or any modifications that may have been made. By accessing the Website and the Content after the publication of such modifications,
alterations or updates, the User agrees to comply with the new conditions.

Any provision of these conditions that is or becomes void, voidable, illegal or unenforceable shall be excluded and deemed inapplicable, being replaced by another provision similar to the previous one, but which does not affect or prejudice the remaining provisions which shall remain unaffected and, on the contrary, in full force and effect.
